Repair & recharge services
Agent recharge — $300–400
After a system discharge, the wet chemical agent cylinder must be recharged before the system is operational again. We recharge Ansul (Ansulex), Buckeye, and Range Guard systems with the correct manufacturer-approved agent. Price includes inspection, recharge, and new inspection tag.
Nitrogen cartridge replacement — $250–350
Some systems use nitrogen cartridges as the expellant charge. Cartridges are replaced after discharge or per manufacturer schedule. We stock LT-20 and LT-30 cartridges for Ansul R-102 systems.
Nozzle replacement — $75–100 each
Nozzles get blocked by grease, damaged during cleaning, or simply wear out. We replace with correct brand and coverage nozzles — not generic substitutes. Critical that coverage matches your equipment layout.
Fusible link replacement — included in inspection
Fusible links must be replaced at every semi-annual inspection with current-year dated links. If you've missed an inspection, we'll replace all links as part of a catch-up inspection visit.
Emergency service
If your hood system discharged during a fire or accident, call us immediately. You cannot operate the kitchen with an unserviced hood system. We prioritize emergency service calls during fair season when vendor setups depend on same-day resolution.
